NPower USSD Code *45665# | For NPower Batch C: The Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has commenced the enrollment process of the NPower Batch C stream 1 and 2 beneficiaries with the introduction of a USSD code.

The new NPower “Unstructured Supplementary Service Data” (USSD) is completely free to use for all NPower Batch C applicants who successfully wrote the tests on the NASIMS Portal sometime ago.

The USSD Code *45665# is for all the National Social Investments Programmes (NSIP), such as Government Enterprise and Empowerment Program (GEEP), Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT), Natonal Home Grown School Feeding Program (NHGSFP), N-POWER and S4J.

To ensure hitch-free payment and information process, the minister also said some innovations have been introduced into the N-Power selection and payment processes such as the creation of the National Social Investment Management Systems (NASIMS), partnership with key MDAs including the NYSC, the UBEC, the NPHCDA, the NOA to effectively implement its interventions.

“To ensure that the challenges of communication are addressed, most particularly as it relates to limitations on information flow and internet access across the country and in a bid to provide accessibility to all target program applicants and beneficiaries, the Ministry has concluded to provide access to information via a USSD code.”

The Minister explained that the USSD short code *45665# has been secured via integration to provide the required connectivity and technical support for the provision of information services to beneficiaries.

How to Use NSIP USSD Code for N-Power.

The NSIP USSD Code *45665# will be used by eligible (selected) NPower Program beneficiaries to access some basic information such as payments (stipends) confirmation, validations, etc.

To Use the NPower USSD Code, follow the below steps:

1. Dial *45665# on any Nigerian Network (No internet is required, just have a good and stable network)
2. From the list that will appear, select N-Power
3. Proceed and input your 11 digits Bank Verification Number (BVN) to activate the NPower USSD Service on your line
4. If you were selected during the Batch C Stream 1 Biometrics, your BVN linking will be successful, and you will receive further instructions.

NOTE: If you have not been selected for the NPower Batch C stream 1, this process will not be successful for you, kindly be patient and wait for the stream 2 names to be released.
