- Applicants must upload photocopies of their application as (1) above, all credentials (FSLC inclusive), Birth Certificate, Curriculum vitae(CV), letter of identification from Traditional Ruler/LGA and passport photograph.
- Position applied for should be clearly stated in the application and marked in Block Letters at the left hand side of the application

Good afternoon sir.
Sir am done with the registration with my laptop at home and I tried downloading the slip so I can go the cyber for printing unfortunately I could not, and I logged out. Getting to the cyber, I tried to log in so I can do the printing, and I couldn’t find any place to log in.
Please sir, what can I do now at this point.

Plz sir I did the registration with my mobile phone but was not able to print it out with my phone..now reaching to cyber cafe there is no how I can print it out but I have d screen shot on my phone…plz what will I do now..becos of I should register again I will have another different application number ..plz help me
