This is to inform you that correction of data such as Change of Course/Institutions, Correction of Gender, Correction of Names, Local Government, etc. for UTME 2017 is now on the eFacility portal.
All accredited centers are participating in the correction.
Centers are not allowed to charge more than N250:00 for all corrections done at a time.
Centres are not allowed to charge separately for correction that can be done at once.
You are expected to monitor all the centers to ensure complaints.
Also, This is to inform you that
1. Sale and Registration of 2017 Direct Entry Application commenced today July 10, 2017. The cost of the application is N5,500:00.
2. Candidates with proof of payment of N5,500:00 must be given a CD and a Reading material (Last Day at Forcados High).
3. No center is allowed to charge more than N700:00 for Biometric, Data capture and printing of Registration Slips.
4. All Registration center must capture Passport photograph of each candidate on the sport using the Registration Laptops camera. Scanning of passport photo is not allowed.
5. There must be an off-white background for all passport photo captured. All Registration centers including JAMB office are expected to get an off-White coloured cloth for the background.
6. Biometric Verification must be done immediately after registration to confirm the integrity of the Biometric captured.
7. Candidate Registration number and 1 of the fingers will be used to generate. No will be released to a candidate without verification
8. Coordinators are expected to dedicate a staff to monitor a center on daily basis to report an infraction in the center allocated.
