Victoria Island, Lagos, requires the services of a qualified candidate
to fill the position below:
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing)
Location: Lagos
Reporting To: CHIEF Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
Applicants must demonstrate experience in performing the following roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for new and existing equipment and facility projects.
- Design and draft drawings or sketches for projects.
- Modify or adjust equipment to meet specifications.
- Devise, fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components, assemblies or systems measuring instruments.
- Ability to request parts fabrication by machine shops, instruct
contractors, maintenance and/or machine shops how to demo, fabricate,
build and install facilities, systems and machines.
Requirements
- Interested applicants must possess an HND or Bachelors Degree in
Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant work
experience. - A good troubleshooting skill is essential. Previous Hotel experience could be an added advantage.
